Joshua Fair, LPC, founded Fair Counseling in June 2023 after his previous employer retired. Before starting his own practice, Joshua worked for Christian Counseling Associates, a division of Resource Guidance Services, from 2016 to 2023. He began his counseling career in 2016 following 28 years of military service, starting as an intern and progressing through his residency to become a licensed professional counselor in 2021.
After obtaining his licensure, he was promoted to Operations Director at Resource Guidance Services in 2021 and led the practice until the owner's retirement in 2023. In January 2024, he expanded into a group practice. Since then, God has blessed the practice with skilled counselors and prime office locations. As of July 2024, we have six trauma-informed therapists and two locations.
